Is EliteSingles back?

EliteSingles is open again on a new account system. Here is what changed, what happened to old accounts and what we checked.

Last checked October 7, 2026.

Yes. EliteSingles is open to new members again on a new account system. The old service closed on April 30, 2026. If you used the earlier site, your old login does not carry over.

The current site is live at elitesingles.com. It is run by SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc., and the first new home page we could date was captured on May 16, 2026. For the short account answer, see Can I still sign in with my old EliteSingles account?

What happened to EliteSingles?

The old EliteSingles closed on April 30, 2026, then a new operation appeared by May 16. Global Dating Insights reported the closure on April 30. Members had been emailed two days earlier that the site would close.

The May 16 Wayback capture shows a new EliteSingles home page. Its headline read "Love on your level". The opening copy said, "Unlike traditional dating services, we now prioritize genuine, in-person connections over endless chats, based on feedback from our community." By May 20, support was telling former members that EliteSingles was under new operation.

Global Dating Insights reported the relaunch on September 1, 2026. It described the domain as operated by SuccessfulMatch and said the relaunched service started with its own member database. The press report came after the new page had been open for about three and a half months.

That is why two answers you find online can both be true: the old service did close, and the current one is open again on a separate account database.

What happened to old accounts?

Old account data was not transferred, so old login details no longer work. In an answer last revised on September 28, 2026, EliteSingles support tells former members that the current service uses a completely new account system. Former members who want to use it must register a new account at elitesingles.com.

That support answer also says the old account cannot be restored. If you paid before, send support a receipt, an order screenshot or a payment record. Support will look at the proof. The current team does not have access to the old billing system or previous user database.

Previous account information and historical user data are not in the current system. Support says it cannot locate, review or delete those records. The old-account answer is kept separately at the account help page, with the last support revision dated September 28, 2026.

What is different now?

The current service has a named operator, a new account system and a paid tier. The table lists only changes we could check.

Previous payments were handled by the previous operator. The current team cannot review, restore, cancel or refund those old payments.

The same handover applies to old payments. Support's answer on this, in use by August 29, 2026, is that the previous operator handled subscriptions, payments and billing records before the change. Former payers can still send proof to support, which will look at it.

The May 16 homepage said the service now prioritizes genuine, in-person connections over endless chats. When we signed in on October 7, 2026, the 1:1 Meetup tab let Elite Select members create a listing. Standard members could browse and request to join. The host chose who joined. Cards said, "Only the host can see requests on 1:1 Meetup." The site also has a separate Group Meetup tab and chat groups.

Who is on EliteSingles now?

The October snapshot shows a small, visible slice of activity, not a total member count. On the same visit, the 1:1 Meetup tab listed 20 meetups. Seven were open to join and 13 were marked ended. Those listings covered 10 countries, with the most in the USA and France.

Most listings were coffee or dinner plans of about two hours. Some stayed open for up to 14 days. On the same visit, the site map showed 58 chat groups. The Elite Select plan screen listed 37 privileges. Those numbers describe listings, groups and the paid tier's feature list. They do not tell us how many people use the service.

We publish the counts in a monthly snapshot because listings and screen labels can change. The full October record is in Inside EliteSingles. It explains what each number includes and what it leaves out. We do not print names, photos, ages or locations from individual members.

Is EliteSingles free to join?

Standard is free to join, and Elite Select is the paid tier. The current plan screen offers one-month and three-month plans in US dollars. We do not print the amounts here. The price appears on the plan screen after you sign in, so check that screen on your own account before paying.

Elite Select adds privileges that Standard does not include. On our October 7 visit, private messaging to anyone was listed as an Elite Select privilege. In a reply dated September 24, 2026, EliteSingles support listed Human Concierge, priority recommendations, curated daily matches, advanced Discover filters and the ability to create a 1:1 Meetup among them.

The Me page lists limits on a Standard account. It cannot initiate chats and connect with everyone. It also cannot see who likes you, swipe as much as you like, use advanced search or pin chats. Priority access to new members, video calls and animated winks are also listed as unavailable. The plan screen is the right place to read the current list before you choose.

Which EliteSingles apps are current?

The iPhone listing is called "EliteSingles®: Elevated Dating", and the Android listing uses package com.elitesingles.dating. The App Store listing showed version 2.1.1, released September 16, 2026, with Successful Information LLC as the seller. Google Play showed the Android package updated September 14, 2026.

For the store links and the iPhone "Website Not Allowed" message, see Which EliteSingles app is the real one?

EliteSingles support's answer, dated July 1, 2026, is that Screen Time's "Limit Adult Websites" setting is usually the cause. That advice covers the "Website Not Allowed" and "This is a restricted website" messages. The listed path is Settings, Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions, Web Content, then allow elitesingles.com.

Is EliteSingles legit?

It is a live dating service with a named operator, and the site's own claims still need to be read as claims. On October 7, 2026, the current footer named SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc. Global Dating Insights also described the relaunched domain as operated by SuccessfulMatch. Those are the operator facts we can check.

On the October 7, 2026 home page, the tagline was "Love on Your Level". It said, "every profile you see is verified". That is a statement from EliteSingles. We do not have a member total or women-to-men ratio to report.

The footer also says, "EliteSingles does not conduct background checks on the members of this website." The verification screen lists checks for a mobile number, a profile photo and an email address. Those checks are not background checks.

The October 7, 2026 home page says sugar dating is "Strictly Prohibited". Read that as the site's rule. If you want to understand the operator, the account change or the evidence behind this page, start with how we check and the dated entries in What changed.
