Can I still sign in with my old EliteSingles account?

No. Support says accounts from before the April 30, 2026 closure were not transferred, so you need to register a new account.
That was still support’s answer when we checked on October 7, 2026. It has been in use since at least May 20, 2026, and was last revised on September 28, 2026.
Why does my old login fail?
Because account data from the previous operator was not transferred to the new account system, old login details no longer work. The old EliteSingles closed on April 30, 2026, and the press reported at the time that accounts, matches and messages would be deleted. The site was open again by May 16, 2026, run by SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc.
Global Dating Insights reported the relaunch on September 1, 2026, and said the relaunched site started with its own member database. The status page lists the closure, reopening and relaunch dates.
Is it the same company as before?
No. Support says EliteSingles is now under new operation, and the footer names SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc. as the company behind it. The September press report described the domain as “now operated by SuccessfulMatch”.
What if I paid before the change?
Contact support with proof of payment, and support will look at it. Support gives a receipt, an order screenshot or a payment record as examples. Send a copy, keep the original and never send a password.
Support cannot restore the old account. Refunds, cancellations and old billing records have their own refund answer, because the previous operator handled those records.
What should I do now?
Register a new account at elitesingles.com if you want to use the service. That is what support tells former members to do. The sign-in page has the registration link.

How do I sign in once I have registered again?
Sign in at elitesingles.com/login with your email and password, or use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google or Sign in with Mobile Number. The page also has Keep Me Logged In and Forgot Password. A “verify you are human” check can appear before sign-in completes. Sign-in help covers each option.
