Can you fix my EliteSingles account?

No. We cannot see or change accounts. We cannot reset a password, cancel a membership, review a payment or delete account data. For anything about your EliteSingles account, contact EliteSingles support through the Contact Us link in the member site's settings.

The support line shown in the member site is 1-416-628-1072. A toll-free number is 1-888-702-1274. The listed phone hours are 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Support says contact is available 24/7 by email. The email address itself is not shown on that screen, so use the Contact Us link rather than guessing one. The sign-in page can help you get to the current service.

What should I include?

A short description and the date you saw the difference help us check it. A screenshot of a public page can help if it does not show private details. Please do not send your password, payment record or another member's profile. We do not need those details to check a page.

We are a separate information site. A message to us cannot change an EliteSingles account, and a message to EliteSingles support cannot change this site's pages. Use the address that matches the problem so private account details go to the service that can act on them.

What happens after I write?

We read messages sent to hello@elitesinglestoday.com and use them to answer site questions or check a correction. If a claim is supported by a current source, we update the facts file and the page's checked date. If we cannot verify it, we may leave the wording as "to confirm".
