Questions
Can I get a refund for my old EliteSingles subscription?
Last checked October 7, 2026.
Not from EliteSingles today: support cannot review, restore, cancel or refund subscriptions or payments from before the change.
EliteSingles support tells members that subscriptions, payments, billing records and historical account data from before the change were handled by the previous operator. The current team has no access to that billing system or to the old user database. Support was giving this answer by August 29, 2026.
Why can’t support refund the old subscription?
Because the payment went through the previous operator’s billing system, which the current team cannot open. The old EliteSingles closed on April 30, 2026, and the service was open again under new operation by May 16, 2026, with a new account system. The old-account answer explains why an earlier login fails for the same reason.
What proof of payment can I send?
Support lists three examples: a receipt, an order screenshot or a payment record. Send a copy of whichever you have when you contact support, and keep the original. Do not include a password.
What does support do with the proof?
Support will look at it, but it cannot restore the old account.
The support section of the sign-in page gives the Contact Us route in the member site’s settings and the support phone numbers. If you are asking about personal data rather than a payment, read the old-data answer instead.
Does registering again bring the old subscription back?
No. A new registration creates a current account and does not carry over the earlier subscription, payment or billing record. Support tells former members to register again if they want to use the service, but that is separate from a request about an old payment.
Elite Select is the paid tier today. The plan screen shows a one-month and a three-month plan after you sign in, so check the price there before paying. The membership answer explains what each tier includes, and who runs EliteSingles now covers the change of operator.
What should I write to support?
Say that you paid before the account system changed, and attach your proof.
