How do I delete my old EliteSingles data?

Support says it cannot find or delete data from the previous service.
EliteSingles support tells members that the current team runs a new and independent system. Previous account information and historical user data are not in it, so support cannot locate, review or delete records from the earlier service. That answer was last revised on September 28, 2026.
Why can’t current support delete the old record?
Because the old record is not in the current system. Account data from the previous operator was not transferred when EliteSingles came back under new operation. The old EliteSingles closed on April 30, 2026, after members were emailed on April 28 that the site would close two days later, and the service was open again by May 16, 2026. The old-account answer covers the same change from the sign-in side.
Where should I ask for deletion?
Go to the original service provider, or use the account emails and messages you received from it. Support’s answer gives no contact for the previous service, so look for one in the emails the old EliteSingles sent you. The April 28, 2026 email that announced the closure is one of them, if you still have it. Follow the process they describe, and do not send a password or other account secret with the request.
Are my old messages and photos on the new site?
No. Support says historical user data is not in the current system. When the old site closed, the press reported that accounts, matches and messages would be deleted. Registering again does not bring them back.
What if I register again?
Registering again creates a current account. It does not restore the old one or bring old records across. Support tells former members to register at elitesingles.com because their earlier login details no longer work. The sign-in page has the registration link.
If your question is about an earlier payment, read the refund answer. Support can look at proof of payment, but the old billing system is outside the current team’s reach.
