Sign in to EliteSingles
Use the current EliteSingles sign-in page at www.elitesingles.com/login. The earlier account system did not carry across, so former members who want to return need to register again.
Where do I sign in?
Sign in at www.elitesingles.com/login with your email and password. The page also offers "Sign in with Apple", "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Mobile Number". It has a "Keep Me Logged In" box and a "Forgot Password" option.
When we signed in on October 7, 2026, a "verify you are human" check could appear before sign-in completed. That check is part of the sign-in flow shown on the page. If the page presents it, complete the check before trying again.
Why does my old account fail?
Old login details fail because the current service uses a completely new account system. In an answer last revised on September 28, 2026, EliteSingles support tells former members that data from the previous operator was not transferred. The old account cannot be restored through the current sign-in page.
To use the current service, register a new account at elitesingles.com. The closure report said accounts, matches and messages would be deleted. The current team does not have access to that old user database.
If you paid for a subscription before, contact support with proof of payment. A receipt, an order screenshot or a payment record is the kind of proof support lists. Support will look at it, but it cannot restore the old account.
The old service closed on April 30, 2026. A new home page was live by May 16, and the press reported the relaunch on September 1. That sequence is why the current sign-in page can work while an old login does not.
Can support refund an old payment?
The current team cannot review, restore, cancel or refund subscriptions and payments handled by the previous operator. Support's answer, in use by August 29, 2026, is that the old billing records and historical account data are outside the current system. Former payers can still send proof of payment to support, which will look at it.
This is separate from creating a current account. If you decide to start again, use the register link below. The old-account answer explains the same support position in a shorter form.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Use "Forgot Password" on the current sign-in page. That is the recovery option shown when we signed in on October 7, 2026. Follow the steps it shows.
How do I reach EliteSingles support?
Use the "Contact Us" link in the member site's settings, or use the phone numbers shown by support. On the same visit, the support screen showed this wording: "Contact us 24/7 via Email or call us at 1-416-628-1072 or 1-888-702-1274 (toll-free) from 9 AM to 5 PM EST." That screen does not list an email address, so use the Contact Us link to write to support.
For an old account or an old payment, include the proof support asks for. The support contact path is inside the current member site settings.
What happens if I start again?
A new account starts in the current membership system. The site lists Standard and Elite Select. Elite Select is the paid tier. The plan screen shows the available one-month and three-month plans after you sign in, with the price in US dollars on that screen.
The status page keeps the account timeline. The changes record lists later updates, and the Inside snapshot records what a signed-in member could see.
If you were a member before April 30, 2026, you start again. So does everyone else.
